ARREST BUGRI NAABU IMMEDIATELY

The FREE GREGORY AFOKO NOW MOVEMENT would like to as a matter of urgency, call on  the President of Ghana and the IGP to immediately  arrest the NPP Northern Regional  Chairman, Mr.  Bugri Naabu to help in investigations surrounding the gruesome murder of the Upper East Regional Chairman of the NPP,  Adams Mahama.

As a movement, we feel the arrest and incarceration of  our brother and friend, Mr.  Gregory Afoko was unfortunate and in a bad taste. Recent revelations by Mr.  Bugri Naabu confirms our long held belief that Mr.  Gregory Afoko is innocent.

The NPP Northern Regional  Chairman, Mr.  Bugri Naabu in an interview with an Accra based station, Radio XYZ recounted the mysteries behind the death of Adams Mahama.

“You could remember Adams Mahama who certainly died when he was bathed with acid, [it was through]the same secret meetings… “,Mr. Bugri Naabu alleged in an interview with Radio XYZ while responding to allegations of bribery made against him by Ms. Djaba whose “secret” meeting he scuttled on Saturday.

He also said ” You’ll be surprised that some of these people who masterminded the killing of Adams have come to take positions in the government…. like the Upper East Regional Minister. He was deeply involved in the masterminded killing of Adams,”Mr.  Bugri Naabu alleged to Radio XYZ’s Reporter Isaac Nognya in an exclusive interview.

It is against the backdrop of these revelations by no mean a person than the Northern Regional Chairman of the ruling party that we call on the President of the Republic and the IGP to arrest Mr.  Bugri Naabu for further information to help  put the murder of Adams Mahama to rest.

We are by this release sending  clear signals to the powers  that be, that, failure to to do this will incur the wrath of members of this movement  and other well meaning Ghanaians. We shall fiercely be staging several massive demonstrations to demand the release of our brother, Mr. Gregory Afoko if our request is not heeded to.

Thank you.
