Paga’s own Acxionboi has crowned himself the “Street President” on “BAGABASE”, an Afro-dancehall single produced by Bhankie Beatz. Released at the end of March 2026 under his Ahuu Nation imprint, the song has passed 11,000 plays on Audiomack.
About “BAGABASE (Street President)”
The track runs just over two and a half minutes. Audiomack lists it under Afrosounds, with tags for Afro-dancehall, Afrobeats and inspirational music, and files it proudly under the Upper East. The cover leaves no doubt about the mood: Acxionboi sits on a throne in a crown and ermine-trimmed robes, sceptre in hand.
The timing was no accident. “BAGABASE” arrived just a day after the fourth edition of his Strike Concert, held on 28 March at Paga Town Football Field to raise awareness about drug abuse and inspire young people in the area.
Who Is Acxionboi?
Born Nabaredam Abagaki Richard, Acxionboi is a reggae and dancehall artiste based in Paga in the Upper East Region. That July he also took his music across the border, performing in Pô, Burkina Faso. He has picked up recognition at the Upper East Music Awards for his reggae and dancehall work.
“BAGABASE” sits in a steady run of releases, including “BANGER” with Rapcha Pagabu in December 2025 and “Most High” in March 2026. He has since followed it with “Money Farming” in June.
