Navrongo singer and songwriter Kweku Melody is “fully charged” with his new single “Ma Chargie”. Produced by KobbyBeatz and released on 15 October 2026 through Zongoboi Musik, the song is streaming now on Audiomack, Apple Music, Boomplay and other platforms.
About “Ma Chargie”
“Ma Chargie” runs for 2 minutes 44 seconds and sits in the Afro-pop and Afrosounds lane. In his notes on Audiomack, Kweku Melody describes it as a song about making money and working hard to achieve your dreams, and he has tagged it with focus and motivation. The cover backs that energy up: the artiste caught mid-motion in a streak of orange light, with “Ma Chargie” in silver script and the KobbyBeatz production credit at the bottom.
The beat comes from a familiar name in the region. KobbyBeatz has been behind Upper East records for years, including work Atigsi covered on Nelo’s “Anutua”, and he shared the single on his own page as an “Anoda KobbyBeatz Klassic”.
