Who Is Performing?
Acxionboi leads a bill of Upper East names. The Paga reggae and dancehall act has had a big year, with his Afro-dancehall single “BAGABASE (Street President)” and the fourth edition of his Strike Concert against drug abuse at Paga Town Football Field in March. More recently he has been pushing “Mim (Fire)” featuring CJ Biggerman.
He is joined by Navrongo’s Kweku Melody, fresh from his KobbyBeatz-produced single “Ma Chargie”, plus Shatta Pique, Don Saturn and Secta PT, who also appeared alongside Kweku Melody on the posse cut “Overlord” earlier this year.
A Familiar Stage for Acxionboi
Graceland Hotel is home ground. Acxionboi launched his Strike Concert there in April 2023, giving underground talent from the area a stage of their own. Bringing a club-style night back to the same venue, with tables, two DJs and a run of guest acts, shows how far the Paga scene has come since then.
