Tamale rapper Double Tee is back with “Sha’wara”, a new single produced by Ojah Drums and presented by Boss Family – Dagbani International. The song came out on 4 November 2026 on Audiomack, with an audio slide on his YouTube channel. Double Tee first teased it in late September, describing it as “a reminder that God has never failed and He never will.”

About “Sha’wara”
“Sha’wara” runs for 2 minutes 48 seconds. Double Tee released it with a prayer, asking fans to join him in praying for all departed souls. That reflective tone matches the way he introduced the record: as a song of faith rather than a club track.
The cover, credited to Taba Studios, puts Double Tee front and centre in a black T-shirt and layered gold chains, with a halo drawn above his head. Behind him are scenes framed by orange and black hazard stripes, and the title is spelled out in bold, fiery orange letters with the credit “Prod by: Ojah Drums”.
Who Is Double Tee?
Double Tee, who goes by Dobble Tee on Facebook, is from Tamale. He has been part of the city’s rap scene for years and is known for his witty bars and Dagbanli flow. Atigsi has followed him since the Boss Family days. In 2017 he staged a surprise street carnival in Tamale with almost no notice, and a year later he teamed up with Kawastone on “Jaande”.
His catalogue includes the hit “Shie Ko Shie”, the music film series “Ahyi” and collaborations with acts such as Maccasio and One 9ra. “Sha’wara” is his latest release, and the reaction under his posts shows that his Tamale fan base has kept up with him.
